Transmission through superlattices with interface roughness

摘要
The impact of interface roughness on the transmission through short superlattices is investigated. We show that the presence of roughness enhances the transmission if a positive bias is applied to the structure. The calculations agree well with our experimental data. (C) 1999 Academic Press.
