摘要
This paper presents a terahertz reconfigurable filter based on two-dimensional materials, which consists of five squares based on graphene and/or BP and a metal waveguide on Arlon substrate. Three configurations are studied, in the first case the squares are based on graphene, in the second in black phosphorus, and in the last configuration the graphene sheet is placed above the BP sheet. The modeling and simulation of this structure are made with the WCIP method and CST simulator.
