摘要：

The goal of complete geriatric assessment (CGA) of elderly cancer patients is to describe their conditions comprehensively, diagnose and treat comorbid conditions and adapt cancer treatments to their actual status rather than age. Clinical trials have already demonstrated the prognostic value of geriatric parameters such as comorbidity. The validation of geriatric screening tools is important in extending geriatric assessment to all elderly cancer patients.
