摘要
A method for determining the parameters of formation of cluster films is presented, which is based on the methods of surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. The applicability of the method is shown on the example of adsorption of the copper phthalocyanine molecules on a metal surface. Method's sensitivity to film cluster growth of several dozens of nanometers thick is demonstrated. The proposed method makes it possible to determine the dielectric parameters, the thickness and the degree of filling the surface with a film.
