摘要：

The paper aim to describe the function and reason for the operation the LZS II. It compares two construction variant and sets out the reasons why one of them use to realization. Furthermore the function of the main components and the complete functional scheme of LZS II are described. Last but not least it describes the course of the test and other possible uses of LZS II for other purposes.
