摘要
This paper proposes an interior permanent magnet (IPM) two degrees of freedom (2-DOF) motor based on cross-coupled structure. This paper describes a structure of the IPM 2-DOF motor and an analysis of the IPM 2-DOF motor with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The relationship between electrical angles, amplitude of current, thrust force and torque is considered by the analysis. Moreover, an analysis for the comparison with the conventional 2-DOF motor and the proposed 2-DOF motor is conducted.
