摘要：

Modern science and technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life, there are advantages and disadvantages. The ideological and political education is a systematic project, however, the method is both a mean and a way to implement ideological and political education, especially, which is impacted significantly by modern science and technology. Based on the principle of ideological and political education of college students and scientific spirit, in this paper, the author combined with the law of college students' ideological and moral development in practice and exploring, studied deeply and summed up the theory on how to guide the method innovation of college students' ideological and political education by innovation of thinking.
