摘要
Power grid construction has characteristics of large-scale investment, long construction period and a complex operation situation, which requires overall planning, comprehensive management, in the process, it needs to adopt life-cycle management which is different from the traditional management. In the approach of life-cycle management LCC method is the most widely used methods. This paper describes the related theories of the life-cycle management's LCC method in grid construction.
