Preparation of hydrophilic acrylic glass film and its anti-fogging properties

摘要
The effects of the acrylic anti-fogging film composition and process parameters on the anti-fogging properties were investigated. The results show that the higher the content of acrylic acid, the better the solubility of resin into water, as well as the anti-fogging property. But water resistance decreased slightly. The property of anti-fogging film was also affected by the variation of acrylic to methacrylate ratio. The methacrylate can promote copolymerization conversion speed and improve anti-fogging property of anti-fogging acrylic resin in a certain range. The homogeneous product molecules and the stable properties are achieved through a semi continuing monomer feeding method, with simultaneous addition of beta-hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic acid.
