摘要
Confronted by the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, universities and colleges across China have adopted comprehensive online teaching methods. Taking Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as an example, through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods such as questionnaire surveys and reports of relevant departments, this paper explores the anxiety level of students in the online teaching mode, analyzes external and internal factors contributing to the specific problems according to the feedback, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to reduce learning anxiety for online teaching, with the aim of transforming existing problems from challenges to opportunities and promoting school education and teaching reform effectively.
