摘要
Design, fabrication and characterization of a suitable different control signals ultra-wideband 90 degrees digital/analogue compatible monolithic phase shifter is described in this paper. High performance (low peak phase error less than or equal to 90 +/- 5 degrees, low VSWR less than or equal to 1.5, low insertion loss variations less than or equal to 3.0 +/- 0.5dB, from 5 to 20GHz frequency range) and small size (4.2mm x 0.6mm x 0.1mm) are exhibited.
