摘要
There is a need to produce both experimental and serial samples of products in modern production for the same production structures. For each transition, it is necessary to study production constantly in order to prevent problems that may arise in the process of transition from pilot production to serial production, and vice versa. This article proposes a study of the object using a model consisting of 5 parameters: "men" - personnel; "machines" - equipment; "materials" raw materials; "methods" - tactics; "milieu" - an environment, based on an subcomponent's analysis of each component. The production system is studied as a process for obtaining some products through the interaction of the following elements: personnel; equipment; raw materials; technology - tactics; setup. It is necessary to produce a control action for each of the components to achieve the greatest efficiency in the transition from one type of production to another. To determine the components that require improvement for each of the subcomponents, certain specialized research methods are applied, the application of which should ultimately reduce the time and cost of the transition from pilot production to serial one.
