摘要
Considering customer satisfaction, the mixed hub-and-spoke express freight network (MHSEFN) optimization model was established with the minimum cost. The genetic algorithm was designed for solving transportation routes problem and selecting transportation modes, and the tabu search algorithm for facilities location. Empirical analysis showed the optimization programs for designing MHSEFN could be obtained by the model. Based on the model, adjusting the mode of transportation by lowest customer satisfaction could not only take the same good customer satisfaction, but also reduce transportation costs, which reflected the effectiveness of applying the customer satisfaction and MHSEFN for express freight system. It was more comprehensive and closer to reality, could provide theoretical reference for express enterprise's decision-making.
