A thin-film sensitive element based on copper-doped As20Se80 glasses for a precision temperature sensor

摘要
A sensitive resistive element based on copper-doped A(20)Se(80) glasses for use in a temperature sensor is described. The sensitive element operates in a temperature range from -70 to +70degreesC. Its electrical resistance is similar to100 kOmega and linearly depends on the temperature. The sensitivity of the element is 1 kOmega/degreesC; the accuracy of temperature measurements is 0.01degreesC.
