摘要
As a system, the complexity of colleges and universities management is mainly reflected in the complexity of subjects, the complexity of environment, and the complexity of processes. The college teaching management is a complex system which is very important in terms of organization and coordination. Based on the complex systems theory, the author discusses the pattern of innovation and the driving force of college, and proposes the innovative pattern of the teaching management which will redound to realize the function of the organization and coordination in the system.
