摘要
The composite control technology was deeply analyzed, then the feedforward control plus PID feedback control strategy was designed basing on the characteristics and requirements of the diesel engine idle speed control system. Also the algorithm of anti-saturation of integrator was presented. The parameters of PID controller were tuned by experiments to optimize the response performance of the idle control system. The test results showed that the steady state error is less than 10r/min, the maximum overshoot is less than 55r/min and the transient time is less than 3s during the engine load fast change period (30N m). The diesel engine idle control system has basically met the requirements of idle speed control.
