Antiferromagnetic thickness dependence of blocking temperature in SFMO/SFWO multilayer

摘要
Effect of SFWO thickness on exchange bias field (H-E) and blocking temperature (T-B) in Sr2FeMoO6 (SFMO)/Sr2FeWO6 (SFWO) multilayer thin films fabricated on single crystal LaAIO(3) substrates using PLD had been thoroughly investigated. The exchange-biasing field H-E was found to decrease with increase in temperature. The functional dependence of blocking temperature (the temperature at which the exchange-biasing field H-E between an antiferromagnetic (AF) and a ferromagnet (FM) vanishes) on thickness was found to follow a power law relationship, which is consistent with the finite size scaling phenomenon.
