摘要
Pore-free cordierite glass-ceramic was synthesized. The crystallization and sintering processes were studied. Certain properties of the cordierite glass-ceramic fabricated from magnesium-aluminum-silicate glass were determined. The best properties were exhibited by glass-ceramic material obtained with heat-treatment at first-stage temperature T-1 = 850 degrees C and soaking time & x1d70f;& xdf0f;(1) = 3 h and second-stage temperature in the range T-2 = 115 - 1350 degrees C and soaking time & x1d70f;& xdf0f;(2) = 1 - 5 h.
