摘要:
According to the actual situation of the scene,using CFD fluid simulation software, different workshop grid model was established by Gambit,then use FLUENT simulation software.and,It based on the relevant theory of gas-solid two phases flow. The discrete phase model(DPM) and turbulent model are used to the study of smoke particle motion in the condition of the welding test bench is in the dust hood. Get the different Velocity flow distribution, particle trajectory line corresponding to the different model. Through the analysis of the flow field in airflow organization to optimize the air distribution in welding workshop.
