摘要
Based on the electrolytic corrosion method, pull-out tests were conducted to study the effects of corrosion ratio and corrosion crack on the bond behavior between corroded reinforcement and concrete. Conclusions can be drawn from this study: corrosion ratio has a significant effect on the bond properties, with it increasing (below 4%), the ultimate bond strength increases first and then decreases. When the corrosion ratio is 1.07%, the ultimate bond strength reaches the maximum, and the increasing range is up to 17.2%; when the corrosion crack is within 0.04 mm wide, the influence of the crack on the ultimate bond strength is slight, and corrosion ratio plays a dominant role on the ultimate bond strength. When the corrosion crack is more than 0.04mm wide, the ultimate bond strength decreases remarkably; when the corrosion ratio is within 1.3%, the bond strength at the initial slip increases, then reduces after 1.3%; the ultimate slip tends to decrease as corrosion ratio and crack width increase.
