摘要
Jacoby Fourier polynomial shaped phase masks (JFPM) have been shown to be potentially effective for extending the depth of focus in wavefront coding technique. However, some characteristics have not been reported in detail. Here, we will show performance of JFPM for different f/# and compare with the trefoil phase mask.
