摘要：
A five year-old female is presented with acute cast bronchitis, manifested as respiratory distress. After endoscopic extraction of bronchial cast, rapid clinical recovery followed. Pathohistologically, the bronchial cast consisted of fibrin and eosinophilic infiltrates. Over six months monitoring the girl was without symptoms.
