摘要
Nickel boride (Ni2B) nanocrystals were successfully synthesized via the reaction of NiCl2 and NaBH4 at 420 degreesC with benzene as solvent. The yield is about 60%. The crystals were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS). Highly crystallized Ni2B with an average size of 20 nm was obtained. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
