摘要：

In general, standardized in vitro fertilization (IVF) protocols and practice regimens can be applied with success for most patients. Such approaches, however, may not be effective for some women who do not "fit themold" and for whom highly individualized treatments are more suitable. In this article, we outline our personal experience and treatment approaches for these challenging patients.
