摘要：

Since the 21(st) century, the global warming has attracted wild attentions by the international community. Environmental and energy problems have been changed into significant issues presently for the whole world. By analyzing the development status of Clean Development Mechanism, the authors of this paper put forward several strategies and suggestions for promoting the development of CDM programs, which offers a significant reference for the improvement of the efficiency of energy utilization and achieve sustainable development of the Chinese economy.
