摘要：

This paper elaborated the importance of harmonious development of economy and environment in Chongqing northeast region. By the method of factor analysis with SPSS, this paper conducted the economy and environment condition of 11 counties in Chongqing northeast. This paper selected a total of 55 indicators. The research got scores of each county's environment and economy, and gave sonic suggestions to make sustainable development of environment, economy and society in Chongqing northeast region.
