The Cost Management of Construction Project Based on Lean Management

On the basis of the lean management theory, the lean cost management of the construction project is chiefly discussed in this research paper., the lean supply chain cost management and the lean construction cost of production are also elaborated in this thesis. Taking 37# Puhe Metro Building in Shenyang as an empirical analysis of the construction project cost management, some practical problems in implementing the cost of construction project management are demonstrated in the paper; finally, the lean production management system for improving staff awareness is established, and the market mechanisms for the establishment of the internal market management are introduced. In view of the above, some useful other countermeasures are raised in the end of the paper. We hope that the implementation of project cost management can improve the competitiveness of enterprises as reference.
