摘要：

Design of non-contact measurement of laser triangulation probe and methods for three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) was analyzed carefully. Mathematical model of laser triangulation measurement was derived in design CMM. The method of compensation was built when designing the probe for CMM which based on the compensation the error before recover it and this compensation method did not need pay high cost for getting high making exact degree.
