摘要
In this work, an electrochemical sensor based on iron oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite screen printed graphite electrode (ION-rGO) has been developed for selective detection of nitrite ions in drinking water using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The proposed nitrite electrochemical sensor exhibited a relative standard deviation of 4.37% for three replicate analysis of 10-3 mol L-1 NO2. In addition, the fabricated sensor has been successfully employed for determining the NO2 displays high electrochemical stability for NO2 oxidation over the pH 6.5, high sensitivity and low limit of detection of 1.2 x 10(-4) mol L-1 with good selectivity, stability, and reproducibility. These results demonstrate that the facile metal oxide-rGO-modified electrochemical sensor has promising applications for the determination of nitrite in water.
