摘要：

Two kinds of compact pulsed power generators have been developed for industrial applications, one uses power MOS-FETs and the other uses SI-thyristor. The pulsed power generator using MOS-FET is capable of generating high-voltage output of 5 kV, 80 A, and 240 ns at repetition rate of 2.1 MHz. The pulsed power generator using SI-thyristor is driven by a DC power supply of 12 V while generating pulsed output of 12 kV, 100 ns at repetition rate of 2 kHz.
