摘要
Transfer of tacit knowledge, which is not easy visible or expressible to others, is not easy when using an e-learning method. Tacit knowledge transfer and creation requires shared observation and social networks, while traditional e-learning environments are mainly focused on information delivery. Learners do not learn only from what a teacher writes on a blackboard, but also learn by observing teacher's and other friends' behavior. Social interactions between individuals is the basic requirement for creating, cumulating, and transferring the knowledge. Supplying different types of communication tools in e-learning does not guarantee student's interaction with each others and teachers. Learners educated in e-learning environment are at risk of graduating with incomplete knowledge and knowing without the reality of wisdom and true ideas.
