摘要：

The stereo optic disc analyzer (SODA) software can be used to compare retinal images in 3D so that subtle changes in the topography of the optic disc can be identified. The program can be useful tool for the eye specialist to assess the progression of glaucoma. The system performs color matching and aligns two images so that they are superimposed and viewed in a 3D sequential display. The software is composed of an input and output file formats, color-correction algorithm, and an automatic and semi-automatic image registration systems. The system is a cheaper alternative to existing expensive computerized optic disc analyzers.
