摘要：

The full credit system talents cultivation model is the hot spot in the current higher education reforms in China. It has huge impacts on the traditional student affairs management of higher education institutions. To tackle the problems that student affairs management confronts, it is necessary to change working philosophies, explore the work operation mode, increase innovative activities, establish new student assessment system, and promote the student affairs management team to be professionalized and specialized.
