摘要
This article aims to present a descriptive analysis of the interventions of the Cabildo of Buenos Aires and of the representations of social actors classified as farmers, on different issues, related to the supply of agricultural products, trade, prices, storage, taxes and productive activities, among others. To do so, the Agreements of the extinct Buenos Aires were reviewed. The period studied is framed between the intensification of the Bourbon Reforms and the first economic effects of the Wars of the Independence.
