摘要
To improve the cleaning effectiveness on the cartridge filter, the influence of cleaning order and pulse interval was studied under the clean-on-demand mode with online cleaning. The results showed that the lower residual filtration pressure drop and longer filtration cycle were the classic characteristics of positive cleaning order, and cleaning performance in positive order with a pulse interval of 10s was optimal. Furthermore, the cartridge filter designed in line with optimal cleaning parameters was innovatively applied to remove dust in bulk grain loading at Sinograin Zhenjiang and Reserves Depot Co., Ltd, and the field application was evaluated with dust emission concentration. The removal efficiencies of collector for total dust and respirable dust were 96.37% and 82.89%, respectively, and the concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 in the workplace decreased to 139 and 940 mu g/m(3), respectively, indicating that the cartridge filter can effectively reduce the dust concentration and improve the working environment (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier B.V.
