摘要：

Higher education in China has entered into the stage of popularization from elite, and college students' employment problem is a big problem in China. This paper, through the survey of Hebei Province financial major college students' employment status, analyzes Hebei Province financial major college students' entrepreneurship problems and reasons and analyzes the entrepreneurship policies and government function of Hebei Province college students, which proposes countermeasures and advice to Hebei Province financial major college students' entrepreneurship promoting employment, so as to improve employment and entrepreneurship proportion and release employment pressure.
