摘要：

Academia strives to provide students with a rewarding and effective educational experience. This paper presents the development of a computer simulated enterprise management game based on current research activities and real world scenarios that is intended to be integrated into current Engineering Management curricula, including capstone courses in Enterprise Engineering. The method utilizes modern technology to present a learning environment that provides the fundamental advantage of facilitating dynamic decision making and interaction among decision makers. Creating such a hands-on and active learning environment will provide a base of qualified and employable graduates for today's global economy.
