摘要
We report on a study of inverted-structure perovskite-based solar cells (PSCs). The perovskite layers were grown by hybrid chemical vapor deposition (HCVD) technique in which the Pb12 layer was spin-coated onto the PTAA layer followed by the CVD-growth of the perovskite layer in a standard Si processing furnace. The enhancement in the device performance is attributed to the reduction in the bandgap states as indicated by low-frequency noise measurement performed on the perovskite layer over a wide range of temperatures. The results are corroborated by photothermal deflection spectroscopies and low frequency noise measurement conducted on the perovskite films
