摘要
Cynotophyllosides M-O, three new polyhydroxypregnane glycosides, were obtained from the roots of Cynanchum otophyllum, together with four known compounds, deacetylmetaplexignin, sarcostion, cynotophylloside J and kidjoranin 3-O-alpha-diginopyranosyl-(1 -> 4)-beta-cymaropyranoside.Their structures were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic methods (in particular, 2D-NMR techniques) and acid-catalysed hydrolysis.
