摘要
The fermentative stationary kinetics of hydrogen peroxide decomposition under the action of catalase was investigated in the presence of biosurfactants and the kinetic parameters of this process were obtained. It was shown that the biosurfactants has influenced the fermentative process, which can be explained by the change of the fermentative center activity or by the change of substrate concentration. It was determined that the temperature of the process has an insignificant influence on the value of kinetic parameters.
