摘要
Business is managed by the leadership, corporate culture depends largely on the leadership's determination and action. Business leaders should take the lead in knowledge and learning culture, the meaning of corporate culture have a deep understanding of the construction of the corporate culture has a unique perspective on the business development strategy for long-term thinking. In this paper, we propose the corporate culture and business management must be integrated with each other. The corporate culture must be the whole employee recognition. Guide individual behavior with cultural ideas, to conform to enterprise development. Corporate culture should adhere to long-term construction and innovation. Corporate culture requires a number of batches, from generation to generation of entrepreneurs and employees in enterprises in the process of creating, training and development.
