摘要
A terahertz (Tz) reflectarray and a mirror with frequency scanning beam or focal point are presented in this paper. Firstly unit cells with flexibly controllable reflection phase are required and then a multi-frequency phase matching method is employed to design the frequency scanning beam or focal point of the THz reflectarray or mirror. Both simulated and measured results prove the novel idea. To the authors' knowledge, the demonstrated reflectarray and mirror are scarcely seen in the published literatures.
