摘要：
On the basis of current literature and the authors' own experience, the paper presents a review of laparoscopic surgery teaching organization and methods. Especially emphasized are various opinions about residents' education system and teaching, methodology of basic laparoscopic skills training and safety of practical learning in the operation room. The system of laparoscopic education should also take into account the needs of experienced surgeons. Objective assessment of the effects of education is very important. The paper outlines current methods for cognitive and laparoscopic skills testing.
