摘要
Researches on land changes and ecosystem services from the perspective of global and regional ecosystems have received a worldwide attention in recent years. The paper analyzed land use change on ecological environmental effect in the Chaobai River basin and discussed the impacts of land policies on these changes. Results indicated that the comprehensive dynamic degree of land use during 1981-1991 and 1991-2001 was 0.076% and 0.20%, respectively. During 2001-2011, the regional eco-environment quality index increased from 0.4231 to 0.4291, and the regional eco-environment quality improved slightly. While the overall quality of regional eco-environment remained relatively stable, and the soil and water loss control measures and the expansion of construction land of the area had a profound impact on the regional eco-environment.
