摘要：

The existent problem of safety management was firstly analyzed in the large enterprise groups. Then, in virtue of three-dimensional structure of the system engineering, three-dimensional structure of the system safety management was set up. On this foundation, safety management model of a large enterprise groups was designed. Lastly, the author discussed the main content of the above model.
