摘要
Chlorophyll plays crucial role in productivity of crops through photosynthesis. Chlorophyll content directly correlated with efficiency of photosynthesis. So many mechanisms have been used to enhance chlorophyll level to improve the quality of crop plant. Among them one of the best methods is mutagenesis, in which mutagen influences in the genetic base, which modifies the pathways of chlorophyll biosynthesis. The motif of present investigation is to isolate the optimum dose of mutagens which gives higher chlorophyll contents.
