Aviation flux data are essential for air traffic control and management, which include radar data, flight plan data and aviation telegram data. Aviation telegram data is one of the most important basic data sources. In this article, the method on how to extract and load data from aviation telegram based on JBuilder and Oracle 8i database is introduced, also the integration of aviation telegram data and other aviation flux data to acquire the current plane in Tableation is discussed.
