摘要
In today's era of technological change, one of the key aspects that organizations are facing is building sustainable organizations. A changing environment implies changes in organizational culture. This paper focuses on the role of organizational culture, which is embedded in the cluster of employees' values, perceptions and attitudes. An empirical study conducted by the authors among Romanian companies active in energy sector has investigated the organizational culture, aiming at identifying the key organizational cultural factors that influence the effective working behaviors. The methodological approach is twofold: first, a qualitative approach of organization's cultural context through an exploratory research, and, second, a descriptive research aiming at studying the relationships between the cultural values of Romanian organizations and employees' working behaviors. Finally, based on the research results, the authors share their views regarding how working behavior is ensued by the employees' cultural values. In addition, the authors pay attention to some possible improvements aiming at boosting sustainable organizations.
