摘要
A method for stabilizing costate differential equations via analytical phase adjustment of the time-varying costates was presented. The method showed that costate differential equations arising in calculus-of-variations optimization of guidance and control systems and flight vehicle trajectories could be stabilized by the introduction of a costate phase-adjustment parameter. It was shown that the stability boundary or boundaries on this parameter could be derived.
