摘要
In this work, a novel and facile fabrication method of graphene-based composites is presented, which is a good candidate for thermal interface materials in advanced packing. By rolling the graphite films and infiltrating PDMS precursor, a vertically aligned-graphene/PDMS (VaG/PDMS) composite was gained with high thermal conductivity of 5.349 W.m(-1)K(-1) and excellent thermostability. The enhancement of the thermal conductive performance is due to the vertical alignment of graphite films, which provides a rapid and effective heat transfer pathway. Furthermore, theoretical prediction and finite element calculation were carried out to reveal the mechanisms of high thermal conductivity controlled by alignment of graphite film
